David G. Slater
David G. Slater attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio for his undergraduate and his juris doctorate. In 1977, he received his license to practice law in the state of Texas and in 1985, was licensed before the US District Court, Western District of Texas. Upon this certification, Mr. Slater began a career as an attorney in Texas, Texas.
Over 25 years of experience in business litigation, real estate, and consumer protection law has helped him prepare for homeowner association issues such as due collection, homeowner/ HOA disputes, and general counsel. Mr. Slater is prepared to work with HOA and condominium associations that are in need of legal services in and around the Texas area.
Adam Pugh was born and raised in Austin, Texas and remained there while attending the University of Texas for his undergraduate and law degree. In 2005 he was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and also before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.
Mr. Pugh joined the team at Slater Pugh Ltd. LLP while at the University of Texas Law School in 2002 and later became a partner. His experience includes commercial litigation, real estate, consumer protection, collections, and other areas of civil litigation.
